Fire at 7bone restaurant in Portswood Road

Firefighters are currently tackling a blaze at a Southampton restaurant. Crews from across the city were alerted to a fire at 7bone restaurant on Portswood Road.

The road has been closed and local residents are advised to keep windows and doors shut due to the smoke. 

The fire service have asked that people avoid the area to allow access for emergency services vehicles.

The extent of the damage is not yet known, hopefully they have it under control soon.
