WATCH: Do you recognise these two car thieves?

Yesterday, at around 1:30pm, these two lads stole a car from Allington Lane.  The police later found the car in a ditch in Fir Tree Lane so they didn’t make it too far.

The owner has shared their CCTV footage of the theft. As you can see, it involves two people; one on a moped who took the second lad to the car. He then proceeded to steal the car.

Based on where the car ended up, it’s clear the driver is a danger to himself and others. Therefore, it’s important that the police are able to track them down to stop any further thefts and accidents.
