VIDEO: Parcel thief caught on doorbell camera

Can you help identify this man?

Just after 4pm today in Woolston, he was caught on CCTV. As you can see from the video, he clearly stole a parcel that had been left on the doorstep. He then wrapped it in his top and walked off.
