Vehicle Theft Prompts Investigation in Romsey

Police are appealing to the public for information following a vehicle theft that occurred between 5.30pm on Tuesday, 19 September, and 8am on Wednesday, 20 September. The incident took place on Salisbury Road, West Wellow, Romsey, where a white Vauxhall Vivaro was stolen from a business forecourt.

In addition to the stolen vehicle, another neighbouring business suffered damage to one of its vehicles on the same night.

The police are actively seeking any information that might assist in their investigation, including details about the current whereabouts of the stolen Vauxhall Vivaro. They are also requesting information regarding anyone attempting to sell the stolen vehicle.

Residents and witnesses who were in the vicinity of the theft on that night are urged to come forward if they observed anything suspicious. Furthermore, individuals with access to CCTV footage, including doorbell cameras and dashcams, from the time of the incident are encouraged to share their recordings with the police.
