Theft from a motor vehicle today. Can you help?

A victim of theft from a vehicle is seeking help to identify those responsible, and would also welcome any support in having the items taken returned to him.

Sometime between midnight and around 6am this morning, a blue BMW was broken into, with the interior being left ransacked. The car was parked in Atherley Road, Shirley.

A number of items, which were not in sight, were taken from the car. Among the items were;

– A Versace Jeans Couture bag – containing many valuable items including Air Pods
– Purse
– Wallet containing precious, antique valuables and foreign coins 
– Jacket

Further to the car break in, attempts were made to use one of the bank cards. This was at Tesco Express on London Road at 6:21am today, 27 July.

Although attempts have been made to recover CCTV from the store, and police have been  notified, this has been to no avail. Therefore, the victim has asked for help with any footage in and around Atherley Road, or between there and London Road.
