Police Release Southampton Murder Suspect on Conditional Bail Following Woman’s Death at Havre Towers 

A woman in her 50s was found dead at Havre Towers in Weston, Southampton on Easter Monday (10 April), leading to the arrest of a 52 year old man on suspicion of murder. The man has since been released on conditional bail until 10 July. 

Police were called to International Way just after 6:30am on 10 April, following reports of a woman’s death. Upon arriving at the scene, officers cordoned off Havre Towers and launched an investigation into the circumstances of the woman’s death.

The suspect was taken into custody on suspicion of murder and was held for questioning. Following his release on conditional bail, the man will remain on bail until 10 July.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community, and the police investigation is ongoing.
