Police arrest two males in London after theft of BMW in SO18

Police have made two arrests in response to a theft that took place in SO18.  

During the early hours of 1 April, police were notified that two men attempted to break into several houses in Pine Drive, and a house in Exford Drive. They were seen to have been trying the front door handles.

One of the properties was unlocked, which allowed the men to gain access. They proceeded to steal the keys to a blue BMW before driving off in it. 

After investigating the matter, the police managed to recover the vehicle. Furthermore, they arrested two 24 year old men in London, in connection with the incident.  They’ve since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
