Lady wanted after multiple offences in Lymington

Police in Lymington are still appealing for help to identify the lady pictured. They want to speak to her in relation to a number of offences that took place in the town centre a couple of weeks ago.

On 25 January, the following offences took place, and it’s thought they’re all connected;

– Antique clock valued at £1200 stolen from Dials Antiques on Quay Hill

– Hair appliance valued at £200 stolen from Jack & The Wolf on Quay Hill

– Shoplifting from The White Stuff on the High Street. At this stage, the value of items taken is unknown, but a female member of staff in her 40s was assaulted during the incident

– Wallet stolen from Costa on the High Street and subsequent fraudulent use of the cards.

The lady who police would like to speak to has been described as being in her 40s, of medium build with shoulder length light brown hair. She also possibly has a missing front tooth. At the time, she was wearing a knee-length black coat with a fur-lined hood, dark trousers, a white and brown patterned scarf, long grey cardigan and black shoes.

If you were around the town centre on the day and witnessed anything, please report it to the police. Similarly, please make contact with them on 101 if you can offer any information on the identity of this lady.
