Good samaritan sought after man assaulted and robbed by group

Police have put out an appeal today to help find a lady who came to the aid of a 19 year old male who was assaulted on Monday, 19 September.

Just before 9:45pm on Monday, the victim was walking around the Botley and Hedge End area. He was approached and assaulted by a group unknown to him, before they made off with a quantity of cash.

After the assault, the victim was able to reach out to a lady nearby, who was in a white Ford car. She then took him, as he requested, to KFC at Hedge End Retail Park.
