Further Arrests Made in Southampton Murder Investigation of Mark Noke

Southampton police have made further arrests in the investigation into the murder of Mark Noke, who was found dead at his home on Warburton Road on 25 February.

On 22 March, officers arrested a 25 year old man from Southampton on suspicion of murder, who remains in custody. Additionally, a 39 year old Southampton man who was previously arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender was rearrested on 21 March on suspicion of murder. He has been released on bail as the investigation continues.

Acting Detective Chief Inspector Howard Broadribb, who is leading the investigation, said that new evidence had come to light which led to the rearrest of the 39 year old suspect. He added that the team is working through a significant amount of information and leads and that the arrests demonstrate their continued dedication to bringing justice to Mark and his family.

The police are also appealing for information to locate 23 year old Leighton Tabone, who has connections to Southampton and Gosport. They have urged anyone who sees him to call 999 immediately, and have warned that anyone found to be harbouring him could be arrested for committing a criminal offence.
