Flasher on footbridge – beware

Police have received a report that a man has exposed himself on a footbridge between Shah Faisal and the Polish Shop in Bitterne Village.

The man is said to have pulled his pants down, showing his bottom, then turning around and exposed his genitals.  He has done this on both ends of the bridge.

The description given was as follows:

Tall white male, around 40-years-old, wearing red tracksuit bottoms with white stripes either side.

The police have advised the witness that they will be looking into the CCTV as part of their investigation.

Obviously this is a serious offence, which in the past has been linked to further crimes.  If you have any information, we strongly advise you to contact the police on 101 as soon as possible.
