Double drug bust in Totton

To some, drugs are considered just a recreational pastime. However, the cultivation and supply of drugs is heavily linked to other crimes. It’s for this reason that police are keen to tackle the issue.

In the early hours of this morning, 15 July, officers and specialist units, executed two warrants simultaneously at two different addresses in Totton.

Cannabis, scales, some sealed bags, cash, mobile phones and other drug related paraphernalia were found and seized. In addition, what is suspected to be a stolen bicycle was also seized.

A lot of colaborative work was involved in this operation, with different forces coming together to achieve the successful outcome. Police will now continue with their investigations to identify anyone involved.

Via a social media statement, police have urged the public to continue reporting suspicious activity. With the help of the public, they can tackle the issue more and target those who may be involved in supplying and dealing illegal drugs.
