Community police meeting in SO18

We wanted to share information about an upcoming event, aimed at those who live in the areas of Harefield, Midanbury and Townhill Park.

Just these last few days, we’ve seen on social media that thefts have taken place in these areas. Indeed, only yesterday, we published a story after a hard working gentleman had his van stripped of all his work tools.

The event in question is being held this coming Monday, 13 June. It will be held at Harefield Hub from 9:30am and will be attended by local police officers, as well as those from Hampshire Police Positive Action. They’ll be there to discuss community policing and it’s an ideal opportunity for people to pop along and raise any concerns. 

As well as the above, there’ll also be people on hand to talk about joining the force. Information will be shared on the continuing effort to promote diversity, something vital in any community and/or organisation.
