Police want to speak to this man in connection with a hate crime

Southampton police are looking to identify this man, can you help?

They would like to speak to him in connection with a hate crime incident that took place in McDonald’s in Shirley Road, SO15, on Tuesday 25th January.

The incident took place at 10:50pmwhen a man was refused service after attempting to pay with a £50 note, which is against McDonald’s policy.

The man became aggressive, shouting racial abuse towards one member of staff and then attempting to assault another.

After conducting their enquiries, they are now asking the public for help, they believe this man has valuable information and would like to speak to him in person.
