Two thieves steal moped in SO16

Around 1:30 this morning, in Colburn Close, Millbrook, another motorcycle was stolen.

The owner managed to catch a glimpse of 2 males driving off on it. However, at that point it was too late to stop them.

The bike is a Black Lexmoto Enigma, registration HK20 TPZ. We are appealing for residents to keep an eye out for the bike, and if seen please call 101 first. If you prefer, feel free to drop us a message on our Facebook page in confidence.

Most bikes are not found in the area they are stolen. However, they don’t end up too far away. Last night at the Bitterne & Sholing PACT meeting, it was highlighted that “only” 3 motorcycles were reported stolen in Sholing and Thornhill in the last 90 days. In the last fortnight, there has been 2 stolen bikes recovered from those areas, which could mean the stolen bike above could end up in the surrounding areas of Millbrook.
