Wanted – recall to prison

Police are appealing to the public for information on the whereabouts of John Saunders, a 43 year old man from Southampton who is wanted on a recall to prison. They have carried out extensive enquiries to locate Saunders, but have been unsuccessful in their attempts so far.

Saunders is described as:

– White male 
– Large build
– Approximately 6ft 4in tall
– Brown hair 

The police have cautioned members of the public not to approach him directly, but instead to call the emergency services on 999 immediately if they spot him.

Anyone with any information on Saunders’ location should contact the police using crime reference number 44050542619. Alternatively, those who wish to remain anonymous can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

The police have also issued a warning to anyone who might be deliberately obstructing their attempts to locate Saunders, stating that they may be committing an offence and could be liable for arrest themselves.
