Kids Smashing Windows

“Let kids be kids” is often the reaction given when we post things. However, last night, that phrase went beyond a joke.

It’s been reported that a few kids were out and about throwing stones, and breaking windows. Nobody understands fully what goes on behind closed doors, and many an issue could be faced by those within. Needless to say, the slightest knock can, and did, cause a scare.

If you’re letting your kids out, please try and ascertain where they are and what they’re up to; what they may consider as an innocent bit of fun can be wholly different to others.

The incident above occurred at 21:13, on 17th December; Thornhill Avenue. The victim had his window smashed. They’ve correctly informed the police and CCTV footage has been provided.

There were 3 perpetrators caught on camera, one of which was wearing a grey tracksuit, with a black bar going across the top. They all fled the scene once the window had been smashed.
