Student midwife’s motorcycle stolen from Princess Anne Hospital car park

A Yamaha YH50 WHY motorcycle has been reported stolen from the car park at Princess Anne Hospital on Saturday, (11 February) at approximately 4:50pm. The owner of the motorcycle, a student midwife who was on placement at the hospital, is now seeking the public’s help in locating it.

According to witnesses, a group of boys were seen acting suspiciously in the area before the bike went missing. A nurse who was working with the student midwife was able to take a photo of the group riding away on the motorcycle, which can be seen in the attached image.

The stolen motorcycles registration number is RX55 OSP. Police have been notified of the theft, and anyone with information about the whereabouts of the motorcycle is urged to contact them immediately.

In the meantime, the owner and their family are spreading the word about the theft on social media, in the hopes that someone may have seen it or knows of its location.

The theft of this motorcycle has left the student midwife without a means of transportation, making it even more imperative that it be located and returned as soon as possible. If you have any information that could lead to the recovery of the stolen motorcycle, please contact the police on 101.
