Stolen bike recovered – Can you help find the owner?

Southampton East Neighbourhoods police team had a little success yesterday, 7 January. However, they’ve asked for some assistance from the public.

On searching a property, they located a motorbike, which had previously been reported as stolen from Dorset. In addition, a number of bicycles were found at the address, again stolen.

At this stage, it’s thought that some of the bikes were stolen from the Netley area a few days ago. Police will look to reunite them with their owners very soon. However, they’ve not yet been able to identify an owner for one particular bike.

The white GOCYCLE bike pictured is very distinctive. It could be that it was stolen locally, or from further afield. As such, police have asked for the image to be shared with a view that someone may come forward with evidence of rightful ownership.
