Ten year old girl threatened by group of teens

A ten year old girl was threatened by a group of older youths yesterday, 25 September, and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

The alleged incident took place at around 5:25pm in a park by Moorgreen Road, West End. Thankfully, the young girl wasn’t physically harmed, but clearly she’d have been shaken up.

The culprits are said to have been a mixture of boys and girls around 15 years old. They threatened the girl with an implement; possibly a hammer.
