Watch: CCTV captured unwanted intruder

We published a couple of stories in April following some unwanted visitors on the prowl in the Woolston area. With the weather picking up, it seems they’re still out with intent.

The stories we published previously were specifically about properties being ‘checked over’ in Obelisk Road and Bedford Avenue. On Saturday, at around 3:30am, the same occurred, with a male suspiciously checking a property in Bedford Avenue; the very same property reported on before.

If you live in Obelisk Road, Bedford Avenue, or any of the surrounding roads, and have access to any CCTV or ring doorbell footage, it may be worth checking it. We’ve attached a video from the early hours of yesterday morning, but further evidence may just help identify the culprit. Any information should be passed to the police.

As always, make sure you’re taking extra care to lock up your property. Please also ensure nothing is visible to these chancers.
